Blasting into 2012

2012 had proved to be a year full of  highlights include swimming with stingrays in Moorea, snorkeling around Bora Bora, sipping cocktails on the beach in Noumea, eating delicious seafood on the beach in Bali, witnessing the solar eclipse and shopping at my favourite stores in San Diego to name a few.

The biggest buzz for me is performing on the stages with the fantastic musicians in all the different ships and then mingling with the guests after the show. I really enjoy making new friends and then keeping in touch for many months after swapping photos and keeping in touch regarding travel destinations and always hoping that I’ll bump into them on another cruise.

I’ve also had many great shows with my electric string trio MASKE who I’ve been playing first violin and producing for the past 7 years around Australia and overseas. Recent highlights include performing as a nine piece orchestra in Melbourne for the opening ceremony of the “Cisco Systems”, supporting Aussie band “Mental As Anything” at Jupiter’s Casino and flying to Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays as part of a three day global conference for an international mining company.

Whilst on holiday in Tasmania I managed to pick up a few local shows one which happened to be at the international modern art gallery called MONA. It was a very VIP affair with many high profile guests who enjoyed my light entertainment during lunch.

Thanks for taking the time to come and visit my website, I’ll be back soon with more exciting stories and pix from around the globe.
